  1. EX I
The weaknesses of the first government were that they didn't have their priorities in order and they left some people in the dust. Like the farmers they were left in the dust. Also the government didn't know how to handle problems, so they sent all the farmers to jail to pay off their depts.
    EX II
The new constitution was written because of the weaknesses of the first government. The nationalists realized the problems and did something about it. It was a good thing that the new constitution was written because of the vast problems before it was created.

  2. Ex 1
The reason the government was weak was because everything was disorderly and lots of things needed to be touched up. Instead of finding a way to fix the problems they just threw most people in jail to pay off their debt, normally farmers or lower classes that couldn't obtain money as easily.
    EX 2
The new constitution was written because the government was weak and had many problems and to get some states on their side they decided to put the amendments on the constitution making the bill of rights, this lead to many more people going along with the constitution.
